📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist attorneys with legal research and document preparation using tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Coordinate with clients to gather information and ensure timely responses to their inquiries.
• Draft legal correspondence, contracts, and other documents.
• Manage and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
• Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and government agencies.
• Attend meetings and conferences to stay updated on legal developments.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paralegal or legal support role.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
