📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support to customers, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Document and track customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics using tools such as Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Multimeters.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
• Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior technical support staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor technology and experience with Renesas products.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with technical support tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
• Certification in technical support or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
