📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present financial products and services to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay updated on market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a finance-related role.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
