📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the ice plant, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing industrial operations, preferably in the ice manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, production processes, and quality control measures.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Certification in industrial safety and quality management is a plus.
