In this role, you will work closely with the Corporate Legal Team to provide legal research, drafting, and review of legal documents. You will also assist in the preparation of legal opinions, contracts, and other legal instruments. Your daily tasks will include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing support in legal proceedings. You will work with various stakeholders, including internal departments and external clients, to ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct legal research to support the Corporate Legal Team in handling corporate matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Assist in the preparation of legal instruments and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Provide support in legal proceedings and ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Work closely with internal departments and external clients to address legal issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Legal Team to ensure that all legal matters are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to provide informed advice and support.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role, preferably in a corporate legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and English legal systems.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in using legal research databases such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and HeinOnline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
