📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of shipments.
• Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities using our in-house logistics management system.
• Optimize logistics routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports and updates on logistics performance to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics administration or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
