📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of shipments.
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities using our in-house logistics management system.
- Optimize logistics routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on logistics performance to the management team.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in logistics management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating logistics operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
