• Handle client complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our in-house CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure smooth client interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with insurance software and systems, such as PolicyAdmin or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
