📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce and QuickBooks to manage client data and transactions.
• Conduct regular client reviews to identify opportunities for financial growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company objectives.
• Monitor billing accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in billing and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and billing processes.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in financial services or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
