In this role, you will be responsible for conducting financial due diligence and providing strategic client advisory services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record in transaction services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct financial due diligence for potential transactions, including analyzing financial statements, assessing risks, and identifying potential red flags.,Provide strategic client advisory services, including developing transaction strategies, negotiating terms, and managing client relationships.,Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial due diligence and transaction services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of transactions.,Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.,Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in financial due diligence and transaction services.,Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.,Certifications in financial due diligence or transaction services are a plus.
