📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects,Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,Review and approve project plans, specifications, and drawings,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of workers and the public,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices,Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in a senior or management role,Strong knowledge of civil engineering design and construction principles and practices,Experience with project management software and tools,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations
