In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, including waiters, chefs, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
