🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
