📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire production process, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
• Manage a team of 20-30 employees, including production supervisors and quality control inspectors.
• Ensure that all products meet the exacting standards of our clients and industry regulations.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to bring their visions to life using state-of-the-art machinery.
• Manage inventory and procurement of raw materials to ensure smooth production.
• Train and develop the skills of your team to maintain and improve production standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar production management role, preferably in the ceramics or fine arts industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and improving efficiency.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
• Proficiency in using production management software such as SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
