📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze sales data and market trends using SAP and Power BI to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product availability and sales performance.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences.
• Work with the sales team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to merchandising and retail operations.
• Provide training and support to retail associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a similar role in the consumer products industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data analysis tools like SAP and Power BI.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and sales execution.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different locations as required by the role.
