📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and growth opportunities.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
