Crystal Easy Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a proven track record of success, and excellent leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.,Manage the company's financial reporting and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in a similar role within a multinational or large corporation is a plus.
