📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.
  • Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure a good fit between candidates and the role.
  • Manage the recruitment budget and ensure compliance with all legal and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
  • Mentor and develop junior recruitment staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
