📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.,Organize and participate in medical meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market share.,Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare providers.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales representation.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare regulations.,Ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
