📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.,Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist with event planning and coordination for hotel guests.,Promote hotel services and special offers to guests.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
