📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Revise and edit existing technical documents to improve clarity and readability,Work with graphic designers to create visual aids and diagrams to supplement technical content,Ensure technical documents comply with industry standards and best practices,Provide technical writing training to other team members as needed,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation for software or hardware products,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
