📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to improve recruitment processes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
