PT Kusuma Firdaus is looking for a dedicated Quality Control professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for maintaining excellence. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing a flexible work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet established standards.,Documenting inspection results and reporting any defects or issues to the appropriate teams.,Collaborating with production teams to identify and implement corrective actions for quality issues.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records.,Conducting training and education sessions for employees on quality control procedures and best practices.,Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.,Working closely with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet quality requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
