Cafe Jaya Kebab is a vibrant and growing kebab restaurant chain in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Maros and manage our operations remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met and maintained.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that we have the right ingredients on hand to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the general manager and other department heads to ensure that our operations align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the foodservice industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
