📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of gold extraction, processing, and operational efficiency.
• Manage a team of geologists, engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and environmental compliance.
• Optimize mining operations using advanced software such as AutoCAD, SAP, and MineSight.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in gold mining operations.
• Proven track record in managing mining projects and teams.
• Certification in safety and environmental compliance (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Familiarity with advanced mining software such as AutoCAD, SAP, and MineSight.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
