📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to finance and accounting.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
