📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all financial activities including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve company performance.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure profitability.,Provide financial analysis and forecasts to support decision-making.,Train and mentor junior finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.,Proven experience in managing financial operations and reporting.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
