📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily estate operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
• Ensure all estate assets are well-maintained and functional, using tools like SAP and Asset Management Software.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any operational or maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on operational activities and asset status.
• Assist in the implementation of operational excellence initiatives and best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate operations and asset management.
• Proven experience in managing daily estate operations and maintaining assets.
• Familiarity with SAP and other asset management software.
