📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Site Engineer in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.,Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for the Site Engineer.,Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.,Manage and develop a team of site personnel, including laborers and supervisors.,Handle any emergency situations that may arise on the construction site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficient in using construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with local regulations and permits required for construction projects in Kalimantan Barat.
