📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-line technical support to customers, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Document and track customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics using tools such as Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Multimeters.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
- Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior technical support staff.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor technology and experience with Renesas products.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with technical support tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
- Certification in technical support or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
