As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while developing your skills in event management and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the preparation and setup of banquet events, including decor, catering, and equipment.,Providing excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.,Assisting in the coordination of event logistics, including scheduling, vendor communication, and troubleshooting.,Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the event space, as well as the proper disposal of waste materials.,Assisting in the preparation and service of food and beverages during the event.,Assisting in the breakdown and cleanup of the event space after the event has concluded.,Assisting in the preparation of event reports and documentation, including guest feedback and event metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination tasks.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects and equipment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
