Rejeki Maya Auto Service is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the accounting department in achieving its goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the accounting team in auditing processes and internal controls.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
