One Ocean Environment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects, from initial planning to final completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, particularly in the M&E (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) sector, and will be responsible for managing project budgets, costs, and schedules.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for M&E projects.,Monitor project costs and variances, providing regular reports to project managers and stakeholders.,Prepare and manage tender documents, including bills of quantities and schedules.,Conduct site measurements and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets.,Advise on cost-saving opportunities and risk management strategies.,Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts for project stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior quantity surveyors and project teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on M&E projects.,Proficiency in cost management software and tools, such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.,Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and digital project management tools is a plus.,Valid professional certification in quantity surveying or a related field is preferred.
