📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve overall performance.,Implement and maintain safety protocols in the production area.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies.,Report to management on production progress and any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in the tea or beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant industry software and tools.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
