📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Manage and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.,Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification as a Senior Nurse or equivalent experience.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Valid nursing license in Indonesia.
