📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide expert advice and solutions in the tin and rare earths sector.
• Support operational activities and decision-making processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analyses.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for mineral resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Mentor and train junior consultants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy minerals industry.
• Proven expertise in tin and rare earths sector.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Professional certifications in mining or related fields are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
