📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Oversee the preparation of financial close, including month-end and year-end processes.,Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to accounting and tax.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff on accounting and tax matters.,Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in the FMCG/Fashion industry.,Professional certification in accounting and tax (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
