Crown Bit Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked restaurant.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure they meet high standards of performance and service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow the restaurant's business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
