📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily maintenance operations of the facility.,Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent equipment failures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt operations.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment status.,Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a leadership role.,Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
