📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance issues.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Manage the company's HR information system and ensure data accuracy.,Represent the company in HR-related matters and negotiations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record in managing HR activities and improving employee performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
