📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and develop aluminum products and components.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.
• Oversee the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and CAD software.
• Knowledge of aluminum properties and fabrication techniques.
• Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
