Resto Cahya Health Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Handle vehicle scheduling and routing for company operations.,Manage vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and safety certificates.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless vehicle operations and support their needs.,Implement and enforce fleet safety policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of fleet operations to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
