In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and match them with the perfect candidates. Your daily tasks will include conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. You will also be responsible for maintaining our database of candidates and ensuring our recruitment processes comply with all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and screening top healthcare professionals for leading hospitals and clinics in Bali.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintaining our database of candidates and ensuring our recruitment processes comply with all relevant regulations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and candidates.
• Providing personalized attention and support to our candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborating with our team to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our clients and candidates.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of our recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in Bali and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as Jobvite and Greenhouse.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.
