📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance metrics, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
