In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS),Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements,Support in the onboarding process for new hires,Assist in the compilation and analysis of recruitment metrics,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process,Assist in the preparation of offer letters and other related documents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR role,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ATS,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
